Motion warning is because the player will move up and down. It should be gentle enough to not cause motion sickness in most people but just to be safe there are versions that don't move the player in lawless. 4 varying diffs. Poodles with and without motion, Normal V3 Bloq with and without motion, Fitbeat Poodles and a converted Fitbeat normal V3 (mostly chains), Acc is mostly just a simple lower to the normal V3 bloq diff. Lawless "Poodles So High" just keeps going up (this can cause the most motion sickness). Fit Deep Poodles is just deeper squats with and without motion options.
